Work done in multiple work-sites thru-out Tulsa area in Tulsa County. A single workweek used to compute wages due workers paid Weekly with a check. All deduct from workers check required by law will be made; Employer provides at no charge, all tools, supplies & equipment required to do job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of workdays in each 12-week period. H2B workers reimburse
in 1st workweek for all visa, visa-process, border cross & other related fees, include those mandated by Government (excluding passport fees). Reimburse provided to worker with a check.
Transportation (including meals & to the extent necessary, lodge) to place of work to be provided, or its cost to workers reimburse if work completes 50% of work contract period employer will reimburse worker for transport & subsistence from place of recruit to place of work with a check. Return transport provided if worker completes work period or if dismissed earlier, employer provides or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transport & subsistence back home or to place worker originally departed
to work except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
Amount of transport payment or reimburse equal to most economic & reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Amount of daily subsistence at least $12.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.
