What you'll do: The work includes, but is not limited to: Design and develop sonar applications including real-time acoustic signal processing, parallel processing applications, real-time data analysis, visualization, and simulations using C, C++, java or fortran. Test and validate algorithms and applications for tactical use Utilize state of the art US Navy models and databases to solve complex acoustic propagation problems Qualifications
Required Experience/Education: BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, Ph D 0-2 BS in a Technical Field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) 4+ years of experience in software development Requires an Active Do D SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance.
Development experience should include some experience in the design and development of one or more of the following areas: real-time acoustic signal processing algorithms, parallel processing algorithms, service oriented architectures, or real time data analysis/visualization. Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these languages. C, C++, java or fortran. Preferred Experience: Experience with webservices, middleware
