Within 1LMX, the Order to Cash Value Stream (O2C VS) is responsible for the processing of an opportunity into an order, establishing the contract, interfacing to PMO and supply chain, customer billing, accounts receivables and collections, including international considerations. The O2C VS is looking for a Business Solution Architect (BSA) to bring the future state Proposal Management vision to life. The BSA role will understand/influence the interim state while working toward a common tool suite solution. The BSA role will drive the efforts

ensuring a cohesive End-to-End process and integration with Proposal Capture Management, CLM, MBE, MCE, Prod Ops/MLE, Sustainment, MRO, and PLP.

Specific responsibilities for this position: Partner with the Proposal Estimating & Pricing sub team to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Global Business Development & Strategy (GBDS) and Program Management to align Capture and Proposal processes and tools to enable to future state vision Integrate, create, and document a robust design from lower-level sub team plans that successfully delivers on the 1LMX vision of the digital data thread Translate vision to tactical solutions Ensure the right technology product / solution is chosen for business processes and gaps Lead closure of Cross Value Stream Integration (CVSI) requirements & documentation Ensure the technical teams understand the functional requirements backss and defend the need for any scope changes (i.

e. deletions, additions, deferrals) Align multiple stakeholder interests to optimize enterprise-wide solution Basic Qualifications: Experienced Capture, Proposal, Finance & Business Operations, or Program Management Professional Big Picture Forward Looking Thinker, growth mindset, change agent Demonstrated experience with driving strategic initiatives to the tactical solution Understand transformation objectives and how to align future state processes to achieve business outcomes Ability to document functional requirements and technology roadmaps Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment Direct experience with digital transformation in the Aerospace & Defense industry Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $112,800 - $216,100.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
