The Chief Architect will be responsible for making overall informed technology decisions for the various teams that support the IT systems supporting program missions.

This individual is obsessed with understanding technology components, how they work to support each other in accomplishing the desired outcomes of complex systems, and where there is necessary or duplicative waste. They have experience working with vendors to test or demonstrate new and emerging technology against project requirements with the ultimate

understanding of the user and the operations teams in mind. They understand that their way of thinking is not the only way something can be done, but balance that with a need to deliver a working system to the programs.

Basic Qualifications: - Strong understanding of various Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Do DAF, etc) - Strong understanding of technologies at all layers of the stack (network, application, OS, etc) - Familiarity with various container platforms - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools - Ability to influence and work with various levels of both technical team members and executive leadership outside the immediate team.
