The SL is a key technical contributor to the program supported by the section and performs direct line management activities for approximately 10-20 engineers. for multiple programs. You will collaborate with the Department Manager in the execution of the Center and SAS Engineering goals, and department meetings.
You will have demonstrable expertise in electronic warfare system engineering as well as leadership experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the technical roadmaps for your section. Basic Qualifications: Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and ten (10) years of experience in systems engineering development throughout multiple phases of the systems engineering lifecycle Full-Lifecycle Systems engineering experience (or relatable) with Electronic Support and Electronic Warfare systems; Familiarity with the Systems Engineering " Vee" model and the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, digital engineering, and digital thread concepts Experience in New Business Initiatives such as the generation of proposal Cost Volumes, Technical Volumes, or Management Volumes; Prior experience in the generation of BOEs and resource planning in anticipation of future contract awards.
