As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintenance services, dedicated to enhancing outdoor aesthetics and promoting sustainable landscapes. A combination of our commitment to quality maintenance service, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the outdoor work environment, who will provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work while growing with ASI Landscape Management.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members Coordinate and execute daily landscape maintenance on-site per company schedules Irrigation Inspections to adjust
the amount of water consumption Mix and spray or spread fertilizer, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs and trees Operate small machinery, hand and power equipment, manual and gas-powered equipment and basic tools safely and properly Reports, implements and follows all company safety protocols Communicate effectively with supervisor, clients and team members in a timely manner Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance Any responsibilities that may be assigned by Production Manager and Supervisor Ability to interpret and implement landscape designs Job Requirements: Valid Florida Driver’s License & clean insurance record 2+ years Preferred.

Maintenance experience Required Reliable Transportation and Punctual Able to lift/push/carry/move up to 50 lbs.
