Basic Qualifications: High School or equivalent and 0 yr experience. Production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Must be able to lift up to 35lbs. Able to perform a two-person lift in accordance with MIL-STD-1472. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong communication skills.
Candidate must be willing to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines. US citizenship required. Salary Range: $32,000 - $54,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
