S. 382. Ensuring all data entry information is complete and without error. Collects funds based on type and number of certifications. View Vital check dashboard for request and process all applications daily, verifying all information provided is accurate and complete. Reconciles monies collected daily with the end of day report. Maintain confidentiality of Vital Statistic and medical records per federal regulations, state statutes and policy and procedure. Provides back-up for Vitals Statistics
satellite locations as deemed necessary to ensure local services are not interrupted.
Mail Room: Manage all aspects of the Administration Mail room, duties include but no limited to: Responsible for all incoming/outgoing mail and courier service for Lake County Health Department. Receive incoming and prepare all outgoing mail in the secure mail room, affixes postage to all outgoing mail in accordance with postal regulations. Maintains an accurate inventory of postage and requests sufficient postage/supplies for all programs. Ensure courier packages/envelopes are labeled properly and service is notified for pickup. Log all incoming checks, money orders, and cash daily using the Florida Department of Health electronic mail in log.
Complete mail in log with disposition in each column, sign, date and forward to the receiver. Distributes mail to appropriate departments or building as needed. Generates program expenditure reports related to usage of postage for the accounting office. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Computer skills to include but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to use the Electronic Birth and Death Registration System. The ability to use office equipment 10 key adding machine, copier, fax, postage machine and credit card machine.
