RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the enrollment communication plan that encompasses all relevant audiences (including prospective students, parents, alumni, partners, and independent educational consultants) to support the admissions pipeline through to first
enrollment. Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing strategies to nurture leads, increase open rates, click-through rates, and drive conversions.
This includes developing email templates, content, and scheduling of campaigns. Create captivating narratives through content that align with our brand voice, ensuring consistency and resonance across all communication channels. Build automated email marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and the versatile tools available in Email Studio, including Content Builder. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Marcom team, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Develop and execute A/B tests, strategies, and segmentations based on behavior insights to increase email performance metrics. Provide strategic outreach direction to enrollment divisions. Use Marketing Cloud Einstein to leverage AI-driven personalization for emails. Conduct market research and analyze emerging trends to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting. Stay current with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our email marketing efforts.
Continuously analyze post-campaign email performance KPIs and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and outreach specialists, to create effective email marketing content. Build relational data models. Identify opportunities for optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ongoing process enhancements. Manage branded templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Email Studio. Fulfill the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for all SIT systems, ensuring GDPR compliance by promptly deleting private data upon request from contacts. Move around on-mountain lodge locations via skis, snowboard or chairlift as ability and conditions allow. Work with site staff to ensure that cleaning tools and supplies are adequately stocked. Proactively communicate maintenance needs to ensure timely service. Engage with guests and staff while exhibiting Vail Resorts Core Values. Assist with operation of activities as needed. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Intermediate ski or snowboard ability preferred but not required.
Ability and willingness to ride chairlifts. Must have a Valid Driver's License & Satisfactory Driving Record (in accordance with VR Drivers Policy). Myst be able and willie to work 1st and 2nd shifts. Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift up to perform medium work (defined as exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally). Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions. Preferred Skills: Strong communication skills; communications in a positive, solution oriented way to proactively address maintenance and operational needs.
Teamwork: able to work effectively with activities leadership and other department staff to plan, schedule, and complete maintenance tasks on time. Organizational skills: able to organize and accomplish a wide variety of tasks and prioritize daily work to maximize productivity and efficient maintenance of all activities. Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to adapt quickly in a highly dynamic work environemtn Ability to learn to use chemicals as directed Must possess visual acuity necessary for visual inspection involoving work at a distance or within arm's reach and sanitation.
