This is an entry level position with a salary pay range of $44,000-$47,000. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and deploy HTML emails for marketing, sales and communications. Analyze, organize and build audience lists in the Customer Data Platform. Maintain a consistent database of tracking information for all online email communications, open rates, click through's etc. and recognize opportunities to utilize content and analytics to enhance customer's response.
Prepare and share email marketing (and other digital) analytics and results in order to improve messaging and timing. With guidance from other team members implement web copy, promotional content, home page updates, ad promos, and pricing. Manage and execute updates for all sectors of the resort including content management for resort wide flatscreens, events calendar, blog and the app.

Support all digital/online marketing, sales or communication initiatives. Works closely with resort departments (e. g. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Digital enthusiast interested in all the working parts and pieces of digital marketing. These strategies are designed to optimize enrollment and serve as a foundation for nurturing stronger alumni relationships and promoting philanthropic initiatives. Digital Marketing, Email Marketing Cloud Manager serves as the driving force behind the entire digital student lifecycle experience at SIT. The focus of this role is on the
day-to-day operations necessary for the successful deployment of SIT's email programs, which includes writing creative content, deploying email campaigns, and conducting basic reporting.
This role requires an in-depth understanding and enthusiasm for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system, with a specific emphasis on email marketing and automation. Prior experience in email marketing within the higher education sector is highly advantageous. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the enrollment communication plan that encompasses all relevant audiences (including prospective students, parents, alumni, partners, and independent educational consultants) to support the admissions pipeline through to first
enrollment. Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing strategies to nurture leads, increase open rates, click-through rates, and drive conversions.
This includes developing email templates, content, and scheduling of campaigns. Create captivating narratives through content that align with our brand voice, ensuring consistency and resonance across all communication channels. Build automated email marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and the versatile tools available in Email Studio, including Content Builder. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Marcom team, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Develop and execute A/B tests, strategies, and segmentations based on behavior insights to increase email performance metrics. Provide strategic outreach direction to enrollment divisions. Use Marketing Cloud Einstein to leverage AI-driven personalization for emails. Conduct market research and analyze emerging trends to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting. Stay current with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our email marketing efforts.
Continuously analyze post-campaign email performance KPIs and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and outreach specialists, to create effective email marketing content. Build relational data models. Identify opportunities for optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ongoing process enhancements. Manage branded templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Email Studio. Fulfill the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for all SIT systems, ensuring GDPR compliance by promptly deleting private data upon request from contacts. POSITION REQUIREMENT Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
