A desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities is a key attribute we seek in our ILSTs.
Experience in working with disabled individuals is needed, and we value passion and a willingness to learn. A high school education (or GED) is required, and you must have reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license, insurance, and registration. Additionally, being at least 18 years old and having a personal cell phone are necessary for this position. You must be able to assist with lifting an indivudual who is wheelchair bound.
