This includes, but is not limited to running the day-to-day operations of our in-house digital printing press and assisting our marketing team through graphic design. This role will work closely with the
Marketing Manager to ensure print orders and design projects are completed, sent, and communicated promptly. This role requires an in-office presence in Marion, Ohio.
Key Skills and Abilities Include: Associate/Bachelor's Degree or related experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn the functions and capabilities of our digital printing press required Graphic design experience preferred Ability to identify and enhance corporate branding standards Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Key Personal Attributes Include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized Creativity, vision, and
initiative Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include: Assist and coordinate with the creative team in reviewing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include social media graphics, articles, brochures, presentations, price sheets, and collateral Print all business marketing material for all 7 business units Maintain inventory of print room supplies Coordinate the collection of assets, media files, print materials, and final deliverables for tradeshows Provides other various administrative support to the Marketing Team Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $21.59 - $28.80 per hour.
