to qualify new technology and products; Collaborate with the plant engineers/quality control managers to develop manufacturing capability and procedures for new technology/products; Promote and champion laboratory safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance; Evaluate lab equipment and vendors for purchasing lab equipment.

Requirements: Master or Ph D in organic chemistry and/or polymer science-engineering, 5-7 years of R&D experience in field of polyurethane foams, sealant, coatings, paints or related products.
