This person provides support within the Mail and Shipping Room and Printing Services, as well as administrative functions. They will coordinate the distribution of company checks daily and the daily activities of the Corporate Mail Room & Shipping/Receiving.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates the physical distribution of all company checks released through the Data Center. Ensure scheduled distributions are met and chain of custody is maintained on all checks. Incorporate check run exceptions and desk checks into daily schedule. Maintain
preventative maintenance schedules on Check Disbursement equipment. Ensure best practices are followed with each department for streaming distribution of checks.
Maintain updated soft and hard copies of Standard Operating Procedures for Check Disbursement. Coordinate the daily activities of the Corporate Mail Room & Shipping/Receiving. Daily pickup and sorting of postal/intercompany mail along with the delivery of incoming shipments. Working directly with the contracted courier services ensure timely & accurate deliveries are made. Accurately process outgoing UPS shipments into the UPS World shipping system prior to 4:30pm daily. Training of associates in best practices for shipping to
include the availability & training of the UPS Campus Ship Desktop Software.
