AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office and play an integral role in providing our customers with the petroleum and propane energy services they need. Core responsibilities: Manage daily energy bids, along with company bulk and retail energy inventories, plus manage customer inventory and communicate recommendations and orders Fulfill fuel and propane orders, maintain records, and reconcile invoices Evaluate current energy pricing and market information and communicate details to sales managers, sales specialists, and customers Communicate any supply outages and provide alternatives to sales managers and energy specialists What we need from you: 3-5 years
in propane or fuel pricing and procurement experience Four-year business degree or equivalent work experience Able to work in a high-paced office environment and handle interruptions and distractions Experience in customer service, learning business operations, and adding value to a business Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to analyze data and problem solve Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at one time, while maintaining attention to detail Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, and able to learn proprietary business software Able to cross train within the procurement department
