reports to Security Manager Patrol the facility as directed to prevent or minimize property loss, property damage, personal injury, or situations having a negative impact on the organization Monitor entrance of vehicles or people in the property Responds to alarms by investigation and backssing the situation Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures Complete reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences Complies with all guidance, instruction, policies and procedures of the organization and the proper execution of assigned duties Completes all duties
as otherwise assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be a U.
S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Must possess a current Level 3 Guard Card issued by the NM RLD Must possess a valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to successfully pass a Physical Ability Test within 90 days of employment Minimum Functional Requirements Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner This is a Safety Sensitive position; the employee is responsible for his/her own safety or other people's safety.
