Realistic scheduling approach We understand that you have many priorities. Life isn’t just about work! We provide flexible scheduling to allow leaders to pursue outside interests and family time. Leaders are not required to work overtime and have every Sunday off for rest and relaxation. While we ask that our leaders work at least one early shift, one mid, and one closing shift per week, the specific day that this occurs is negotiable- with personal needs taken into consideration.
