YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Manage renewal and new business proposal processes Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships Engage clients and prospects in gathering information Meet
new business production goals and objectives as established Prepare for and attend client meetings Assist clients in reporting claims and throughout claims process as needed Perform insurance policy, coverage, and exposure reviews Strengthen client relationships through engagement Identify and assist in developing cross selling opportunities Pursue a program for personal and professional development Perform projects and tasks as delegated KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Valid P&C insurance license Possess a genuine willingness to learn; be intuitive, resourceful and coachable Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills Confident, self-starter
who works well independently Must have ability to multi-task Career minded vision Proficient with technology and comfortable learning new software Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point TRAINING & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent Michigan Property & Casualty license required Life & Health license is preferred but not required Professional designations in insurance programs such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, ARM desired but not required Ability to work 40 hours per week HERE'S WHAT YOU GET!
