DUTIES The Service Technician reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for carrying out all maintenance of the property. Including but not limited to all service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis. QUALIFICATIONS HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred. Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop and twist into small areas Must be able to bend forward when picking up objects from ground, etc. Must be able to reach overhead for extended period of time due to overhead repair work.
