Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass background check & drug screen 1 +
years experience as a residential or commercial service technician preferred Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience repairing and replacement decisions EPA Universal Certification NATE certification or willingness to obtain preferred Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder Ability to communicate the benefits of preventable maintenance Demonstrate advanced customer service skills with the ability to communicate ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
