Provide level one network troubleshooting and solutions to correcting agency equipment communication problems. Create, manage and maintain all agency or contractor accounts within but not limited to Active Directory, Exchange or other Information Systems controlled systems.
Setup of computers, peripherals and other technology to support new hires or current staff with necessary technology to support their role within the agency. Research, recommend, and assist with implementation of software and hardware upgrades, patches and fixes. Audit agency computers, users,
file access and other HIPAA, NIST, CMMC or compliance requirements that the agency participates with. Responsible for staying up to date with new technology, security policies, applications and other Information Systems related categories to support their ongoing learning within the field.
Qualifications: High school diploma with at least two (2) years of experience providing hardware and software support to small-to-medium sized companies. Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Active Directory Knowledge of basic networking concepts or theory preferred Experience with computer hardware, laptop hardware, printers and other business technology preferred.
Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team environment.
