), and cell phones. Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, maintenance schedules, and warranty lifecycles of all Agency technology assets. Collaborate with Quality-Technology Support Team, including management of user accounts for Microsoft365, Scheduler, and CYBER, working in Share Point, tracking Agency incident reports, digital document management
(Jotform), and working with Power BI. Knowledge: Working knowledge of Office365 administration Experience in Azure Active Directory Managing Share Point Online site, lists and document libraries.
Exchange Online Administration Understanding of Power BI desktop HIPAA-HITECH compliance Working knowledge in voice, video, Internet, and mobile connectivity Skills: Time management Quantitative and analytical thinking Trouble shooting/problem solving.
