Duties of this position include: Responsible for the efficient operation of all IT systems of Rural Psychiatry Associates. Responsible for the installation of software and hardware for employees, train new staff and existing staff.
Responsible for resolving IT problems that may arise and/or obtain outside resources that may be needed. Responsible for backssing IT needs and requests of staff Complete quality analysis of IT system and develop proposal contrast/compare options, including recommendations. Initiate actions and communicate with Administration any unusual situations. Attend meetings to address and appropriately direct IT related issues.
