operations member service employees who are responsible for serving our members, and providing appropriate solutions as they investigate, evaluate, and negotiate the claim.

What you have: Bachelor’s degree: OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience to include a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency. 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience. Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills. Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months’ time in role. The salary range for this position is: $95,250 - $182,030. This individual is responsible for the reliable operation of control center systems, infrastructure, server hardware, virtualization platforms, networked connections, cyber security, backups, restoration and incident response.
This role will support the management and planning, development, installation, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, patching, securing, supporting, and optimizing assigned systems, networks, and communications
systems. This individual will support critical control center initiatives. This individual will help maintain CORE's NERC CIP procedures, will support responses to Western Electrical Coordinating Council (WECC) issued data requests, remain current with evolving NERC CIP Reliability Standards, and will ensure quality documentation practices are followed while managing day-to-day system administration of CORE's NERC CIP regulated environment.
This position will also support the technical aspects of audits performed every 3 years by WECC regarding CORE's compliance with NERC CIP Reliability Standards. Required Qualifications In lieu of current or relevant certification, a Bachelor's Degree
in Information Technology or Computer Science, and 3 or more years of systems administration experience.
Valid Colorado driver's license with satisfactory driving record within CORE standards. Experience with recent Microsoft operating systems. Experience with virtualization technologies. Preferred Qualifications ITIL Certification Comp TIA Security+ Experience with NERC CIP Reliability Standards or other similar regulatory or standards framework for example: NIST, HIPAA, SOX, or PCI. Experience with Power Shell scripting. Experience with networking platforms (routers, switches, firewalls) and concepts. Experience with SIEM's. Experience with SCADA or serial protocols.
Experience with Information Technology Risk Management Frameworks.
