Position Overview CRH Americas, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Insurance Operations who will partner with local business units and collaborate with its insurance brokers to evaluate risks. This role, reporting to the Manager – Insurance Operations, will provide excellent communication and customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders.

while also being a member of the Risk Management team. This position may be based out of Overland Park, KS, Columbus, OH, or Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Partner with local business units to analyze insurance underwriting criteria and evaluate risks Liaise with insurance broker and insurer(s) to maximize coverage and minimize premium cost Develop premium allocation methodologies and illustrate premium charges to business units Utilize RMIS system to monitor insurance policy issuance and certificate of insurance processing Focus on opportunities
to expand digital capabilities for annual insurance renewals Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required Always maintain professional demeanor while representing the company Other duties as directed by management Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Finance Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate risk management or insurance brokerage Proficient in Microsoft Office and RMIS systems Professional designation preferred Exposure to the building materials, construction, or manufacturing sectors preferred Work Requirements Must be 18 years in age or older Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required Knowledge/Skill Requirements Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) High ethical standards Complete work independently and collaborate within a team environment Ability to effectively work and collaborate with people with a wide range of skills, experience, cultures, and capabilities Ability to resolve issues under pressure Demonstrated sense of urgency Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
