WATER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II -ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Work associated with laying, repairing, and maintaining pipelines and associated system components; work with SCADA, meters, and other electronic and computer associated equipment. Labor type work including working with construction, paving or landscaping material. Operate construction and maintenance equipment and power tools such as dump trucks, front-end loader, backhoe, asphalt patch
