Maintenance Technician
Utah , located in Midway, Utah just minutes from Park City - is seeking an experienced, qualified Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs, painting, and maintenance of the resort. Our Maintenance Tech performs maintenance on resort equipment, and responds to guest room repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
The Maintenance Technician also assists in maintaining the indoor/outdoor pools and key control systems for the resort, and also paints various front of house and back of house areas of the resort, as assigned, in a skilled manner in order to ensure the property is maintained in excellent condition and appearance at all times. Top applicants for this position will
have a solid knowledge of carpentry basics (patching, painting, etc. ), basic electrical skills/knowledge, as well as plumbing, and heating & air conditioning experience.
Requirements for this position include some prior general maintenance experience, the ability and willingness to cooperate with others and work as a team, and a self-motivated attitude. Additionally, this person must have a basic understanding of maintenance safety, and must have good guest service and communication skills. Prior hospitality maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends (including Sundays) & holidays.
