They maintain the overall condition and can troubleshoot/fix routine maintenance issues with very little assistants. The Maintenance Supervisor always demonstrates integrity, accountability, responsibility, multitasking and is a team player. Maintenance duties, but not limited to: Daily Pool Checks Daily Preventive Maintenance Emergency Maintenance support Above and Beyond Guest Service Clear communication between all departments Any other assigned task or project as directed by management.
