Real Estate and Facilities functions and the day to day tasks associated with managing and maintaining FNB's commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities will include proper records maintenance, the processing of proposals, scopes of work, invoices, utility payment and tracking, database support and management, along with warehouse management and records retention assistance.
Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates the review of contracts and scopes of work through the appropriate approval and maintenance channels with input from various cross-functional groups, including Purchasing and Vendor Management. Reconciles and processes invoices for payment, analyzes payment histories, and
performs high level audits of payment requests. Administers the Utility Payment process with our External vendor to ensure all utility bills are input in the vendor system and reportable.
Ensures vendor system is reconciled with FNB internal system on regular basis to ensure property records match. Receives, files, and distributes vendor reporting to departmental distribution list. Develops and manages a centralized document repository for the Real Estate and Faculties teams. Assists with warehouse administration tasks including reporting, distribution, and task management. Supports the database management of our internal records system, Plan On. Performs other related duties and projects
