" The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds of the facility and assists other maintenance workers and mechanics in the completion of assigned repairs. This is an hourly non-exempt position, full time hours are between 6:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekend and on-call shifts required. Wage is $22.00
hour. The following is a list, not all inclusive, of duties the incumbent is responsible for: Work on projects and repairs in plumbing, electrical, drywall, plastering, painting, carpentry, gutters, roof work, appliance repairs, and door installations and/or repairs.
Work on grounds – lawn mowing, weeding, trimming shrubs, and cleaning up leaves. In winter months, snow and ice removal from roads, sidewalks, and walkways is included and must be kept clear 24/7 per week. Perform monthly furnace inspections. Make minor repairs of walls, sidewalks, chimneys, etc. Must work effectively and relate well with others, including all levels of management. Exhibit a professional manner in dealing
with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
Work a flexible schedule to assure all needs are met. Perform other duties as assigned.
