They also assist in cleaning the interior and exterior of the convention center and maintain them in an orderly condition. This is a nonexempt, hourly position. Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Sets up chairs, tables and stands according to function specifications. Following functions breaks down equipment and furniture for storage or use in additional functions. Picks up debris from perimeter, grounds and parking
lots. Helps maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, including snow removal. Operates blowers, edgers and mowers to maintain the grounds. Greets guests in a courteous, professional manner.
Maintains ongoing cleanliness of banquet, meeting rooms and exhibit halls. Sweeps, vacuums and cleans banquet/meeting rooms and halls as required. Maintains banquet supplies and equipment stock in satisfactory working order. Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, offices and other work areas.
