Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Assist in evaluating production capabilities.
Assist Shift Supervisor as required. Qualifications Must have previous print finishing operator experience to qualify for this role. Must have knowledge of perfect binder operation, knowledge of and experience with mailing operations and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read, understand and follow binder guides, ability to train and direct crew, self-motivated. An excellent attendance record, satisfactory job performance in current position, excellent safety record and work habits. Positive attitude and team player (able to work with others). Able to work any shift and work overtime as needed.
You will work a compressed 3- and 4-day work week geared toward balancing work and family life (12-hour shift (either 7 a. m. - 7 p. m. or 7 p. m. - 7 a. m. ) including, weekends, and holidays. The Facilities Maintenance/Process Technician performs maintenance of facility structures. Oversee and participate in the cleaning and sanitation of the facility. During the pack season, work in assigned area to ensure product flow is maintained to adequate levels. Responsibilities: Direct maintenance of facility structures and operational support functions as required. Maintain compliance in auditable areas including, but not limited
to, food safety audits, GMP audits, plant inspections, LOTO audits, and sanitation audits. Communicate with outside contractors and vendors in procurement of necessary supplies including sanitation chemicals, janitorial and facility maintenance.
Conduct routine and periodic physical inspections and maintain accurate records of master sanitation tasks. Participate and/or lead meetings which may include safety, training and problem solving and development. Leads, motivates, and develops facility maintenance and assigned sanitation staff to achieve outstanding results. Maintain efficiency, accuracy and quality of production while performing job duties. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMPs), company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have good attention to detail and accuracy. Must have a strong work ethic, the ability to make decisions, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
