The ideal candidate works within a team of IT systems engineers, AWS cloud architects, backssment and Authorization (A&A) practitioners, and database architects to reimagine, re-engineer, and re-host legacy core data system into a state-of-the-art, cloud-native design that is capable of scaling and extending to meet future data ingest, storage, and compute needs.
The candidate provides technical guidance to a team that is building purpose-built data stores (including RDS Aurora Postgre SQL, S3, Neo4 J, and Ccache Redis) hosted on Amazon’s Commercial Cloud Services (C2 S). Principal Cloud Architect Required Experience & Skills:
