Additionally, you'll be in charge of assembling and packing individual aide supply drops. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct regular inventory audits to track stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
Receive, unpack, and label incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders. Organize and store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper handling and accessibility. Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking procedures as needed. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests in a timely manner. Generate
inventory reports and provide updates on stock movement and trends. Identify and report any inventory-related issues or potential improvements to management.
Utilize inventory management software or tools to update records and maintain accuracy. Pack individual aide supply drops accurately and efficiently. Ensure all aide supply drops are properly labeled, documented, and ready for distribution. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in inventory management or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using inventory
management software/tools (e. g. ERP systems, spreadsheets) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to lift and move moderately heavy items when necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are a plus.
