This position independently performs complex administrative and consultative tasks providing training management guidance and coordination for bureau.
Development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive training program for the bureau and its customers. This includes facilitating, conducting, developing, and maintaining training resource materials. Confers with bureau management and other relevant external sources (such as the Department of Management Services/Financial Services) to determine training needs and develop training program goals. Attend meetings and seminars
to obtain information from all relevant sources to develop training resources to meet training program goals. Training materials will be developed and delivered in various formats (face to face presentations/workshops, desk reference manuals, webinars, etc.
). Schedule, coordinate, and conduct trainings. Facilitate the purchase and/or usage of external training services and/or facilities as directed. Maintain records and write reports to monitor and evaluate training activities conducted to determine program effectiveness. Perform other duties, as required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be proficient of instructional methods and training techniques including curriculum
