As the centralized resource for operations training, the Regional Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring both newly hired associates and associates identified to go through performance-based training updates flow through PODS

Training Program. This role is required ONSITE at PODS corporate center in Clearwater, FL (Monday - Thursday, Friday Remote) when not traveling. In-office presence is important for cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the day to day activities ensuring execution of all training within the field Assist in the coordination of both new driver training and performance based training for existing drivers within Corp Ops Track and report on training deadlines for all associates going through the

PODS Training Program Ensure compliance of deliverables are met per the training guidelines Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records in the company's learning management system Develop strong relationship with Driver Trainers in the field in order to maintain a cohesive training program for all newly hired associates Create and maintain checkpoint system to ensure each training piece is adhered to and completed Compile training surveys and provide roll-up data of training completion Follow-up with driver trainers to ensure training schedule is maintained JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements 2-4 years' experience in a training administrative/administrator role Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional design and e Learning platforms ; UKG, Cornerstone, Skillsoft a plus but not required Strong project management, organizational and time management skills Microsoft Office skills - including MS Outlook, Word, Power Point Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Skills, Abilities and Example Behavior(s) COLLABORATE: Able to act as part of a larger team outside of the immediate department or group; Able to understand the importance of working with peers in other areas or management to reach " best practice" solutions for the organization; Able to inform and seek information to anticipate and consider the impact of decisions or actions on the overall organization.
