Our Run Experts are here to answer all customer questions and to find the shoes that will get them across your finish line, whatever it may be. First, you'll use our Volumental foot scanner to measure their foot size, determine arch type, and analyze their gait. Then, you'll help them choose a comfortable, high-performance shoe that fits just right and gives support where they need it (and that looks good while doing it! ). Our Fit Experts can also help customers choose an insole for added cushion and support, to solve those post-run aches and pains (we've been there).
We want to help our customers to be in the best shape of their lives and feel their very best every step of the way. You'll help your customer navigate the best accessories for their run or walk from running shirts and shorts to waterproofing spray and socks. In the end, whatever shoes, apparel, or accessories you help them choose, they can trust that their next miles will be good miles. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIT EXPERT / SALES ASSOCIATESales Ability Active lifestyle - we love runners, walkers, and athletes on our team! Ability to use a point-of-sale system Outgoing personality Experience in sales, retail, or customer service would be a plus.
