Works with cross functional teams to refine/optimize the process, reduce cost of goods, and resolve quality issues Skills/Experience Requirements: Position prefers Bachelor of Science degree in science or related field with 12 years of related experience OR a Master of Science degree in Food Science or related field with 8-10 years of experience.
Position requires a minimum of four years of hands-on bakery/snack food shortening, margarine and oil product experience including in-depth understanding of applications. Travel to and work in manufacturing or test facilities is typically required up to 50% percent of the time.
