Essential Functions Executes assignments received in a timely and accurate fashion with the objective of minimizing downtime and maximizing quality, safety, and run time. Maintains equipment in a safe operating condition. Repairs breakdowns and completes operating adjustments as observed or requested. Wash-out, set-up, operate and maintain production equipment. Performs equipment preventive maintenance on a regular basis. Performs all other related duties
as assigned. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by utilizing the CMMS system to create work orders, issue parts to those work orders, and sign off work orders when complete.
Participate in safety and GMP training sessions, and other company training sessions. Communicate and execute with production team line changeovers and line adjustments. Understanding and adherence to GMP, SOP and safety procedures always, including LOTO Support structured improvement projects or other projects assigned by leadership. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision measuring and testing instruments. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices/equipment/machinery using hand and power tools.
