to optimize packaging materials across a large range of requirements to ensure meeting product schedules with the best materials and process technologies available.
Knowledge of polymers, additives and materials required Experience with multiple modes of coatings applications, including gravure, spray, and flexo coating technologies highly preferred Knowledge of packaging technologies and principles highly preferred Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment that covers development with internal and external partners. Desired Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Experimental design skills and a strong knowledge of analytical
and physical property testing methods. Knowledge of inkjet printing systems, inkjet inks, and primers.
Proficient computer skills including statistical analysis of experimental data. Leadership of joint development projects.
