ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCleans debris from dirty dishes, uses proper equipment including a dishwashing machine to wash, sanitize, and dry plates, glassware, flatware, dishes, pots, pans, etc.
Uses cleaning chemicals as directed and follows company procedures as directed. Returns all clean kitchen utensils and equipment to proper storage location. Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Performs all duties on position checklist. Segregates and removes trash and garbage, and places in designated containers.
Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area. Sweeps and mops floors. Complies with local, state, and national regulations pertaining to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
Completes all other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Availability to work nights and weekends as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to position self to move about. The employee frequently is required to operate and use dishwashing station tools, equipment, and chemicals; and communicate with employees and management. The employee must move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities
