Background, Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record Able to pass a Drug Test Able to pass an electrical aptitude test Demonstrated knowledge and skills in electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Company Truck must be maintained overall cleanliness & uniforms worn, company badge worn when greeting customers. Establish rapport with Customers and explain services being performed and answer questions and provide superior service, double-check work and inspections, and complete job site to ensure no callbacks. Present Pricing invoices and collect payments from customers using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide. Perform inspections
and present options and never sell something they don't need.
Experience with Service Titan a Plus Communicate with the Manager or CSR throughout the day to review job progress, schedule, problems or changes. Ability to be flexible and complete other duties as needed. Our Lead Electricians / Electrical Technicians normally work a 5-day work week with each day starting at 7 am and earn a salary of $70k-95k annually including commission, depending on experience.
