Solution Architect Responsibilities Own the definition, design, and delivery of a successful functional solution to Red Clay clients. Build an in-depth understanding of the client’s current and future business and the relationship of interdependent project work streams.
Develop and maintain the necessary plans for workshops, business process definition, configuration, testing and training support - including key tasks, milestones, and deliverables – aligned with delivering the overall solution. Education and Qualifications Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) 6+ years overall relevant experience, including five years in consulting or services In-depth knowledge of meter-to-cash flow and billing CC&B lead architect experience in at least three utilities implementations Designer or architect experience with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Successful full lifecycle implementation experience Strong knowledge of SQL and Cloud-based system delivery A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a closely related technical field.
