Schedules staff and monitors daily operations of business, labor standards and departmental plans to assure compliance to established delivery standards. Provides input for budget process and backsses day to day compliance with same. Assists in the interviewing process and makes recommendations for hire or termination of associates. Conducts performance evaluations and provides associates guidance as needed. Works independently without direct management.
