Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), receive, create, assign, and manage through the lifecycle of the work order. Reconcile and process maintenance invoicing in accounting platforms daily. Ensure proper cost coding in accordance with department procedures. Schedule and track Preventative Maintenance (PM) and service work to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
