Description: The Knowledge Management Tool Configuration/Maintenance Specialist III supports the development, operations, and maintenance for various software, platforms, and systems such as Share Point, Service Now, and Remedy, and Maverick MESA AI capabilities.
They also perform duties to establish and maintain the consistency of a system’s functional and performance attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout the system’s lifecycle. They contribute toward the maintenance, technical support, and policy enforcement, as well
as assist in the maintenance of sites and subsites, libraries, lists, site collections, and backend designs that are tailored to support end user requirements.
They monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, software, web, database, and network issues. They maintain, update, develop, and sustain technical documents, analyses, and reports. Do D 8570 IAT Level II Certification. 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: ITILv3 or ITILv4 Certification. Experience in the following areas: Java, Eclipse, Tomcat or Wild Fly, JVM, Apache CXF, Apache Axis, ORM framework, JDBC, SQL, Java Script, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML 5, Spring Batch, Log4J, Junit, Jmockit Subversion, Sonar Qube, and Maven. Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Certified Functional Safety Expert (CFSE).
Clearance Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/FSP Clearance is required prior to starting this position. Must be a US Citizen. Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
