They also perform duties to establish and maintain the consistency of a system’s functional and performance attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout the system’s lifecycle. They contribute toward the maintenance, technical support, and policy enforcement, as well
as assist in the maintenance of sites and subsites, libraries, lists, site collections, and backend designs that are tailored to support end user requirements.
They monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, software, web, database, and network issues. They maintain, update, develop, and sustain technical documents, analyses, and reports.
