General Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US. Minimum of 2 years experience in drywall, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. High School diploma or equivalent. Must have EPA Universal or Type II Certification, HVAC Certification, have tools and reliable transportation. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.
