Determines and reports trigger points for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and initiate/facilitate RCA events. Analyzes and updates Preventative Maintenance Plans for accuracy and effectiveness. effectiveness through the review process and use of the maintenance metrics.
Coordinate timely and safe completion of all maintenance work orders performed by outside contractors. Actively utilizes Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma to continue to build a world class department. Maintains records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance related matters. Trains site employees on CMMS and ensures that it is working with integrity and is being utilized. Reviews all completed work orders for proper completion, detail, and thoroughness of material consumption. Education and/or Experience: Comprehensive understanding of IFS and Microsoft Office.
