As a Maintenance Technician I, you will perform manual and semi-skilled work in the care and maintenance of assigned City equipment, facilities, and grounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and make minor repairs to walls, windows, doors, and floors.
Straighten up work areas and move furniture, materials, and supplies. Pick up trash, run sweepers, clean shelters, restrooms, elevators, and stairs.
